Below, is a summary of our easy 4-step student visa application process. Complete stages one through three and receive your study permit/student visa in stage four!
Stage One – Study Abroad Evaluation:
The first step requires that you fill out a basic application with your personal information and the details of your spouse/partner (if you are married or in a common-law relationship), and that of all your children who are under the age of 22 (if relevant). Even if you are planning on traveling alone or want to submit a single application, you still need to send your family details because sometimes, a spouse/partner may be prioritized or more eligible due their level of language skills in English (or French, in the case of Canada), citizenship, educational background and professional occupation. Therefore, it is better to assess the both of you in order to maximize your study permit/student visa options. During the first stage, you may also inform our team of experts about which city/cities where you would like to study abroad in Canada and which education program you most prefer. Our assessment results will consider your preferences to study abroad, but will also provide you with a more comprehensive list of educational programs that you may qualify for and should consider according to your personal profile.
Stage Two – Study Abroad Selection According to Your Preferences:
During the second stage of the process, you will select the specific educational institutions and programs in the cities where you want to study abroad from the list of options that were provided in your study abroad evaluation and based upon a review of your personal profile (i.e., conducted in stage one). You may apply to as many schools and programs in Canada as desired in one easy step (please note that there may be application submission fees for each school that you apply to). Our team of experts will also guide you in gathering the documents that are required to apply for the educational program(s) that you selected as well as the documents that will be needed for your study permit/student visa application. At this preparation stage, we will also update you on all of the criteria necessary to move forward with your application.
Stage Three – Complete Preparation and Submission of Your Study Abroad and Student Visa Applications:
In this stage of your study abroad application process, after confirming your specific choices and eligibility, our team of experts will help you prepare all of the necessary information to submit the complete application(s) for the study abroad program(s) in the city/cities you selected which best fit your personal profile. Your cooperation will be very important during this crucial stage, since there are deadlines for submitting applications to most educational programs. After you receive your Letter of Acceptance from the educational institution, our authorized experts that we collaborate with will walk you through the application process for the study permit to detail so that you have everything you need to properly prepare and submit your study permit application for your chosen educational program in Canada.
Stage Four – Congratulations on Receiving Your Student Visa!
If you have come this far and followed through on all the previous steps successfully (stages 1-3), then Stage 4 is where you get your study permit for Canada. You will also start making preparations for your education and long-term travel to study abroad. If there are any problems, our experienced team of experts will intervene and assist you towards finalizing your study permit/student visa process.
